Cargo theft report confirms upward trends in 2019

The second annual report on cargo theft worldwide, issued today by leading international transport and logistics insurer, TT Club and global provider of supply chain intelligence, BSI confirms the overwhelming targeting of cargo trucks compared to all other modalities. New trade lane to South America for Emirates SkyCargo

  New destination will be added to Emirates SkyCargo’s network, and it includes Santiago, Chile. DB Schenker goes multi-modal, China to Brazil

For the first time ever, DB Schenker has combined transportation by rail, road and air across three continents to organise a delivery for an electronics manufacturer from China to South America. In total, 21 tonnes of cellphone electronics were transported by rail from Chongqing in central China to Duisburg, Germany, via Kazakhstan, Russia, Belarus and Poland.
