US small-business optimism revealed in UPS survey
Despite the steady stream of grim economic news, a large majority of US small-business owners are optimistic about their company's financial future, according to two nationwide surveys sponsored by UPS. Vietnam : Vietnam, US open cargo skies a bright spot
Vietnam and the US have agreed to the terms of an Open Skies agreement that will effectively eliminate restrictions on air cargo routes linking the two countries.
