The International Air Cargo Association (TIACA) is thrilled to announce the launch of an Air Cargo Forum (ACF) in the Middle East set to take place in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, November 4-6, 2025.
TIACA has established itself as the global voice of the air cargo industry representing each sector and each geographic region. Building on the success of the Miami Air Cargo Forum, held every two years, the Board of Directors has decided to make the Air Cargo Forum an annual event to extend our support of the global industry and has selected Abu Dhabi – Yas Island as its home for a second permanent location for the ACF. November 4-6, 2025 will see the ACF touch down in the Middle East for the first time. The Air Cargo Forum will now rotate annually between Abu Dhabi and Miami.
This premier industry event promises to bring together industry leaders, policymakers, innovators, and stakeholders to chart the course for the future of air freight while keeping with the key event principles mandated by the Board – providing value for money, being network-focused, world-class, charitable, sustainable as well as other elements such as being fun as well culturally enriching with tours and excursions for attendees.
Organized by TIACA and MGME, sponsored by the Department of Culture and Tourism, and hosted by Etihad Cargo, the ACF 2025 will showcase industry-leading solutions, cutting-edge technologies, transformative strategies, and collaborative initiatives to address the challenges and opportunities in global air logistics.
“Keeping with the same spirit of the ACF 2024 in Miami, the ACF 2025 will be a world-class event that will feature keynote addresses from influential thought leaders, interactive panel discussions, multiple networking opportunities, and a comprehensive exhibition showcasing the latest products and services in the air cargo sector. We thank Etihad Cargo and the Department of Culture and Tourism of Abu Dhabi for making this vision a reality,” said Steven Polmans, Chair, TIACA
“Abu Dhabi’s strategic location as a key hub connecting the East to the West makes it an ideal choice for ACF 2025,” said Stanislas Brun, Vice President Cargo at Etihad Cargo. “This city is not only a crossroads for global trade but also offers world-class infrastructure and a dynamic business environment. As the national carrier of the UAE, Etihad Cargo is looking forward to welcoming the air cargo community to Abu Dhabi for this event.”
“As the world continues to face unprecedented challenges, the Air Cargo Forum serves as a critical platform for industry stakeholders to meet, collaborate, innovate, and strategize for a sustainable and resilient future, we found it vital that we continue to bring the air cargo community together through well thought out and organized events that will bring everyone together on an annual basis,” said Glyn Hughes, Director General, TIACA
