Belgian air traffic controllers significantly disrupted flights at Brussels airport yesterday when they implemented a wildcat strike action at the height of the evening ‘rush hour’ Tuesday night. The action followed their union’s rejection of a compromise aimed at solving a conflict over a pension reform. Etihad Cargo rolls out new B777F on Milan-Bogotá route
Etihad Cargo’s new B777 freighter has commenced operations on the Milan Malpensa-Bogotá route following the addition of the new aircraft to the fleet at the end of February 2016 which takes Etihad Cargo’s dedicated freighter fleet to a total of 11 aircraft. Frankfurt sees flat cargo volumes in 1Q, down 1%
In the first quarter of 2016, Frankfurt Airport (FRA) saw cargo (airfreight and airmail) volumes decrease slightly by 1.0 per cent to 506,434 tonnes during the first three months of 2016, partly reflecting the slowdown in global trade. Korean Air Cargo heads to Tehran with Uzbekistan Air
Korean Air Cargo and Uzbekistan Airways have reached an agreement on moving cargo from Korean's network to Tehran via Uzbekistan Air’s Navoi hub by tapping the Tashkent-based airline’s twice weekly 767-300F service to the Iranian capital.
