Cleveland-based aircraft parts maker TransDigm Group Inc. has completed the acquisition of the Telair Cargo Group of businesses from AAR Corp. for a total purchase price of US$725 million in cash, subject to adjustment. Cebu Pacific (CEB) and Cargohaus inaugurated the Smiths Detection CIP-300 air cargo inspection portal at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3 yesteday.
