The Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) will cut its 2009 economic growth projection for China to below 6.5 per cent, the Wall Street Journal reported. The OECD's previous forecast, made in November, was 8 per cent, but Richard Herd, the organisation's chief economist, said it was unlikely China will achieve this goal. GE Commercial Aviation Services (GECAS) today announced the delivery of a new Airbus A320-200 to GoAir as part of the airline's fleet expansion. This is one of five aircraft GECAS currently leases to the airline. GoAir, based in India, currently operates a fleet of seven A320 aircraft. It also announced the delivery of a new Airbus A320 to Wizz Air as part of the central European low-cost carrier's fleet expansion.
