Saudia Cargo has appointed ACP Worldwide as its Cargo GSA across South Africa. Saudia Cargo operates a three times weekly B747 freighter flight from Johannesburg to Jeddah and Amsterdam, with shared frequencies to Nairobi. Boeing has announced it has entered into an agreement with YTO Airlines – a Hangzhou-based Chinese express cargo carrier – to provide the airline with 15 B737-800 Boeing Converted Freighters (BCFs) following a planned programme launch for the type. P&W’s geared turbofan cited as an Aviation Climate Solution
Pratt & Whitney's PurePower Geared Turbofan (GTF) engine was cited as an Aviation Climate Solution by the Air Transport Action Group (ATAG) at the Global Sustainable Aviation Summit in Geneva, Switzerland.
