Boeing has announced the launch of the Next-Generation B737-800 Boeing Converted Freighter (BCF) with orders and commitments for up to 55 conversions from seven customers. The first B737-800BCF is expected to be delivered in the fourth quarter of 2017. China Postal Airlines has placed an order with Boeing for 10 Next-Generation 737 Boeing Converted Freighters (BCFs) and joins China’s Hangzhou-based YTO Airlines (which ordered 15 of the aircraft) as a launch customer for the BCF programme which has yet to be formally launched.
