Cargo carriers operating out of the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport and other state airports, have questioned the proposed landing fee hikes currently being negotiated with the state Department of Transportation. Asia Airfreight Terminal Co Ltd (AAT) announced its tonnage throughput for September 2008 was 53,693 tonnes, down 9 per cent compared with the same month last year.
