XPO Logistics has completed the first of two phases in its US$3.53 billion acquisition of France's Norbert Dentressangle. Norbert Dentressangle’s founder and his family divested their 67 per cent share of the company to XPO at price of 217.50 euros per share. ANA agrees to 19.9% stake in Skymark
ANA has agreed to co-sponsor the rescue plan for the bankrupt Japanese budget carrier Skymark Airlines, reaching a basic agreement to take 19.9 per cent interest and help in the turnaround effort. TransDigm completes Telair Cargo acquisition
Cleveland-based aircraft parts maker TransDigm Group Inc. has completed the acquisition of the Telair Cargo Group of businesses from AAR Corp. for a total purchase price of US$725 million in cash, subject to adjustment.
