Cathay Pacific Airways today released combined Cathay Pacific and Dragonair traffic figures for November 2015 showing a fall in the volume of cargo and mail uplifted compared to the same month in 2014, whilethe number of passengers carried increased substantially. The two airlines carried 160,120 tonnes of cargo and mail in November, a 3.0 per cent decrease compared to the same month last year. Emirates has announced that it will expand its services in mainland China with four weekly flights to Yinchuan (INC) and Zhengzhou (CGO) utilising a B777-200LR aircraft, starting from 3 May 2016. New Emirates Turkey service offers additional 24 tonnes daily
Emirates SkyCargo, the freight division of Emirates, will expand its presence in Turkey when it begins daily, non-stop service to Sabiha Gökçen International Airport from 15 December 2015, increasing cargo capacity to and from the country by an additional 168 tonnes per week.
