Air Canada and Air China have concluded a memorandum of understanding setting out the main principles for a comprehensive revenue sharing joint venture providing for an enhanced partnership on routes between Canada and China. Agility eyes 35% stake in Kuwait Airways
Agility announced its interest in buying a 35 per cent stake in loss-making state carrier Kuwait Airways, Arab News reported. Agility's CEO Tarek Sultan told Reuters that this investment plan is based on the company's strategy of expanding into aviation services. FedEx Freight CEO William Logue to retire
FedEx Corp. announced that William J. Logue will retire as president and CEO of its FedEx Freight subsidiary on 31 December 2014. He has guided FedEx Freight since 2010 to a leading position in the US less-than-truckload (LTL) market. He cited health concerns as the reason for his decision to retire. Michael L.
