FedEx forecasts record holiday volume
FedEx is expecting to move more than 290 million shipments between Black Friday and Christmas Eve, an 8.8 per cent increase in overall year-over-year peak seasonal volume. The season is expected to be bolstered by three volume spikes throughout December, occurring the first three Mondays of the month and each expected to surpass 20 million in volume. AJW signs PBH contract with Qingdao Airlines
In partnership with China Aviation Supplies Corporation (CASC) in Beijing, AJW Aviation has signed a six-year contract to provide power-by-the-hour (PBH) support to Qingdao Airlines’ fleet of A320 aircraft. Airwork orders seven AEI B737-400SF conversions
New Zealand-based Airwork has ordered two firm and five optional B737-400SF eleven pallet configuration passenger-to-freighter conversions from Aeronautical Engineers Inc. (AEI). Airwork will make the freighter aircraft available to its ACMI and dry lease customers.
