Israel Aerospace Industries' (IAI) Aviation Group has signed a memorandum of agreement (MoA) with Incheon International Airport and MRO services provider Sharp Technics K to establish a passenger-to-freighter (P2F) conversion site for the B777-ERSF (Big Twin) in South Korea. Singapore Airlines has completed sale-and-leaseback transactions for 11 widebody aircraft, comprising seven A350-900s and four B787-10s, raising S$2b or US$1.5b in the process. Infrastructure investment firm Ventus LLC and Singapore company Sky Logistica have acquired Prague-based Skyport a.s., a central European air cargo infrastructure company.
