Fourteen racehorses bred in Hungary were flown to China on board a Cargolux Boeing 747. Overall increase for Cathay Pacific compared to July 2016

Cathay Pacific and Cathay Dragon carried a total of 179,691 tonnes of cargo and mail last month, an increase of 13.7% compared to the same month last year. The cargo and mail load factor rose by 4.0 percentage points to 68.7%. Capacity, measured in available cargo/mail tonne kilometres, was up by 4.5% while cargo and mail revenue tonne kilometres (RTKs) increased by 11%.
