IATA’s new North Asia head returns to Beijing
The International Air Transport Association (IATA) has elected Dr. Xie Xingquan as its Regional Vice President for North Asia effective 15 June. Xingquan, who has been with IATA since 2011, was most recently the association’s Assistant Director, Legal, based in Montreal. Vietnam’s IPP Air Cargo targets September launch
IPP Group has its fingers crossed as the company’s air cargo division anticipates its air operator certificate by the end of July, as well as the delivery of the first of four Boeing 737-800BCF freighters in the same month.
