FedEx Express is helping small businesses in the region go global by launching the FedEx Small Business Grant Contest in Asia Pacific. In Singapore, FedEx will award S$40,000 (US$28,000) worth of grants in total comprised of three tiers: a Grand Prize of $25,000; a First Runner-Up Prize of $10,000; and a Second Runner-Up Prize of $5,000. Cathay Pacific Airways announced a new four-times-weekly service to Spanish capital of Madrid, from 2 June 2016, subject to government approval. Boeing, Cathay celebrate milestone 70th B777 delivery
Boeing and Cathay Pacific Airways celebrated the delivery of the airline's 70th 777 aircraft – also the last and 53rd 777-300ER of its confirmed orders – that has made Cathay Asia's largest operator of the B777 fleet.
