Air China Cargo (ACC) has announced a new maindeck service to North America from 3 September. The B777F service will see six flights a week Shanghai-Edmonton-Dallas-Edmonton-Shanghai Edmonton making it the carrier's first scheduled freighter destination in Canada. Hong Kong sees flat cargo traffic in first half
Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) handled 2.1 million tonnes of cargo for the first half of 2015, up 0.6 per cent from the same period last year. Throughput for the first half of the year was affected by a drop in exports but is expected to consolidate for the rest of the year, the Hong Kong Airport Authority said.
