Air New Zealand launches cargo services to Guangzhou
Air New Zealand has announced a new cargo route to Guangzhou, China. Flight NZ1082 took off from Christchurch bound for Guangzhou on 3 February, which marked the first time the airline deployed a cargo flight on the said route. Korean Air posts operating profit as cargo takes up slack
Korean Air has reported W238.3 billion (USD 219 million) in operating profit for 2020, 17 percent below 2019 figures, thanks to the airline’s strong cargo business and company-wide efforts to cut costs. Taiwanese carrier EVA Air has signed a new three-year cargo handling contract with Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) in Seattle, extending their 15 years of partnership in North America.
