ECS Group has announced the appointment of Martin Bittner as its new managing director of Globe Air Cargo, Germany. The ECS Group has begun representing Meridiana as worldwide general sales and service agent (GSSA), servicing the airline with total cargo management throughout its whole supply chain. Brussels Airlines switches out ECS for ALG
Europe's Brussels Airlines Cargo has appointed Air Logistics Group (ALG) as its new global GSSA with effect from 1 September, replacing European Cargo Services (ECS). The airline says that last year, its cargo traffic grew 34 per cent on north Atlantic routes and in the past five years the cargo division has seen double digit growth network-wide.
