Matthew Ma joins Qatar Airways as vice president Cargo Asia. Ma comes with a wealth of experience in the freight industry, having over 45 years of experience. DB Schenker goes multi-modal, China to Brazil
For the first time ever, DB Schenker has combined transportation by rail, road and air across three continents to organise a delivery for an electronics manufacturer from China to South America. In total, 21 tonnes of cellphone electronics were transported by rail from Chongqing in central China to Duisburg, Germany, via Kazakhstan, Russia, Belarus and Poland.
