Feb cargo down 1.8% at Brussels, Ethiopian may return
The total cargo volume at Brussels Airport dropped by 1.8 per cent in February with the decline minimised by the extra day in February, which accounts for three per cent of the total volume of the month. Thanks primarily to the leap day, belly cargo rose by 4.3 per cent and the volume of integrator cargo rose by 2.9 per cent in comparison with February last year. Ethiopian Cargo shifts from Brussels to Maastricht
Ethiopian Airlines (ET) has announced it will stop flying cargo into Brussels and will instead shift the 5-6 weekly cargo-flights, amounting to 40,000 to 50,000 tonnes, to Maastricht-Aachen Airport in the Netherlands.
