Abu Dhabi Airports said it handled 64,067 tonnes of cargo at its three terminals in February 2015, a 12.6 per cent increase when compared to February 2014. There were 12,852 aircraft movements in February 2015, which was a 15 per cent increase over February 2014’s figure of 11,174. Delta World Charter (DWC) and Air Partner have operated a cargo relief flight on 25 February 2015 from Al Maktoum International Airport to Conakry, Guinea. KLM postpones 787 deliveries, new routes
KLM Royal Dutch Airlines has postponed the delivery of two B787-9s as pressure mounts on the Dutch carrier to enhance its fiscal discipline through cuts in spending. Bloomberg news quotes KLM spokesman Robbert Veldhuizen as saying that while two of the carrier's 10 B787-9s on order from Boeing have been delayed, the delivery of the first remains on track for the last quarter of the year.
