DHL Supply Chain has appointed Andries Retief as chief executive for its Southeast Asia cluster, which covers Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and Indonesia. Retief was most recently CEO of DHL Supply Chain Central & Eastern Europe. He began his career at DHL Supply Chain in 2009 as financial manager in South Africa and later became the managing director of DHL Supply Chain East Africa in 2016. DHL plans 5-year warehouse expansion in Taiwan

DHL Supply Chain plans to invest €10 million in the next five years to expand facilities in northern Taiwan as it looks to fulfill the logistics demand of the semiconductor and life science and healthcare sectors.
