Dnata’s new customer service centre for export cargo customers in Dubai was officially inaugurated today. Located in Dubai Airport Free Zone - Freight Gate 5, dnata said this new export centre marks the beginning of a product improvement programme for airlines, freight forwarders and shippers. Dnata, one of the world’s largest air services providers, reached a key milestone in its operation at Dubai World Central (DWC), handling over one million tonnes of air freight since its first full year of operation in 2011.
