The A350-900 has received type certification from the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA). The certified aircraft is powered by Rolls-Royce Trent XWB engines. FAA clears Midex for cargo flights
US federal aviation authorities have cleared Midex Airlines to resume freight operations, ending a six-week suspension that caused a loss of more than Dh73.4 million (US$20 million) of revenues. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has revoked the licenses of two Northwest Airlines pilots who flew 150 miles beyond their destination last week as a result of being distracted by a cockpit discussion of airline policy, they claimed .
