The operations of FCS Frankfurt Cargo Services GmbH and WFS Worldwide Flight Services in Frankfurt have been fully merged following the takeover of FCS by WFS a few months ago. China Airlines renews Fraport Cargo Services contract early
Fraport Cargo Services (FCS) and China Airlines have renewed the carrier’s cargo handling contract at Frankfurt Airport in advance of the date required – “thus carrying on their trustful partnership of more than 20 years,” the ground handler said. WFS takes 51% stake in Fraport Cargo Services
Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) is to acquire a 51 per cent shareholding in Fraport Cargo Services (FCS) as part of a strategic partnership with Fraport AG. The investment is part of WFS’ strategy to continue to expand in Europe’s major cargo markets.
