Etihad doubles freight volume to Melbourne
Etihad Airways, the national airline of the United Arab Emirates, has announced plans for a second daily non-stop service between Abu Dhabi and Melbourne from 1 August 2015. Etihad Cargo adds third B747 from Atlas Air
Etihad Cargo has expanded its fleet of freighter aircraft with the placement of a third B747 freighter from Atlas Air Worldwide as part of a multi-year Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance and Insurance (ACMI) agreement. Etihad launches Dar Es Salaam service
Etihad Airways will expand its African route network with the launch of a daily service to Dar es Salaam, the largest city in Tanzania. Flights between Abu Dhabi and Dar es Salaam, which will commence on 1 December 2015, will be operated using A320 aircraft.
