Japan Airlines (JAL) has implemented CHAMP’s API Gateway solution to power a new domestic air cargo service. CHAMP Cargosystems said this will enable the carrier to compete with other modes of transport and seamless integrate air and land options for its customers. Japan Airlines joined a consortium of specialists that will test drive the use of drones for food and medicine delivery in Tokyo.
