SIA Group is set to distribute dividends to stakeholders as the airline and aviation company posted its highest net profit in its 76-year history. SIA hands trucking contract to WFS in the UK
Singapore Airlines has extended its cargo partnership with Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) in the United Kingdom with a new contract for domestic trucking services connecting 18 regional offline airports. WFS has provided cargo handling for the airline in the UK since 2015 in support of its passenger and freight services from London Heathrow and Manchester airport, including trucking services between the two hubs and offline handling services across other UK stations. DHL Express greets first 777F under SIA partnership
DHL Express has welcomed the arrival of its new 102-tonne-capable Boeing 777 freighter at Changi Airport in Singapore, sporting a dual DHL-Singapore Airlines (SIA) livery to indicate a partnership with the flag carrier. SIA Group posted a record operating profit of S$556 million (around US$403 million) in the first quarter ending June, as the city-state’s flag carrier swung back into the black amidst soaring demand for air travel.
