Malaysian budget carrier AirAsia has unveiled plans to shift to its own US$460 million airport outside Kuala Lumpur, abandoning the current budget terminal next to Kuala Lumpur's main international hub. Three major US airports open new runways

Three new runways were opened in late November, including Washington Dulles, Chicago O'Hare and Seattle-Tacoma international. The new runway at Dulles is its first addition since 1962 and brings the airport's total to four.
