Africa’s fastest growing carrier, Ethiopian Airlines has announced that it will commence scheduled five weekly flights to Oslo, Norway via Stockholm with a B787 Dreamliner effective 26 March 2017. Etihad Cargo defies market lethargy with record monthly uplift
Etihad Cargo has recorded its busiest month ever in October, uplifting 53,785 tonnes of cargo and surpassing its previous best, achieved in November 2014, by 501 tonnes. China’s lastest cargo carrier gets green light
Guangzhou-based China Air Cargo has provisionally secured its Air Operator's Certificate (AOC) from the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC). The CAAC announced its decision on 7 November saying that once all formalities are completed, the cargo carrier will be able to operate domestic Chinese (including Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan) as well as international cargo flights. Etihad moves 72 high-value racehorses from UK to Kuwait
Etihad Cargo has successfully shipped more than 70 elite racehorses from England to Kuwait after the European racing season. In all, 72 racehorses – worth a combined £36 million (US $45 million) – were transported from London Stansted Airport to Kuwait City, where they will spend the winter months training and racing in the temperate Middle Eastern climate.
