Korean Air Lines (KAL) Cargo has announced the launch of a scheduled B747-400 freighter service to the Vietnamese capital, Hanoi. The service will operate twice-weekly to Hanoi via Singapore from Seoul Incheon with the return routed direct from Hanoi to Incheon. China’s three major airlines all returned to profit in the third quarter thanks to stronger passenger demand and lower fuel prices. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has revoked the licenses of two Northwest Airlines pilots who flew 150 miles beyond their destination last week as a result of being distracted by a cockpit discussion of airline policy, they claimed .
