Qantas will convert two of its Airbus A330-200 passenger aircraft into freighters to support the significant shift towards consumers shopping online. Kerry Logistics adds air freight capacity in Asia from Macau
Kerry Logistics Network is joining forces with Malaysian cargo airline My Jet Xpress Airlines to offer air freight charter options within Asia with Macau International Airport as the main transit hub. IAG Cargo adds widebody capacity to serve holiday rush
IAG Cargo is set to increase its capacity between London Heathrow (LHR) and Hong Kong (HKG) this month with the expected consumer demand during holiday sales events like Singles Day, Black Friday and Christmas. Flights are up 30 percent for November and there will now be 11 weekly flights each week between the two cities, the carrier noted. Cainiao launches new express hub at Liege Airport
Alibaba logistics arm Cainiao Network is strengthening its logistics infrastructure in Europe with the opening of its first warehouse located at Liege Airport in Belgium.
