China Southern Airlines has applied to the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) for approval to begin new daily service from Guangzhou to Toronto from July 2016, which it intends to operate using B777-300ER aircraft. DHL to pay $53m to settle price-fixing suit
DHL Express (USA) has agreed to pay US$53 million to resolve an antitrust class action accusing the express company and others of participating in an international price-fixing scheme, according to documents filed this week in New York federal court. If approved, the settlement would allow DHL to exit the long-running litigation filed in 2008. US FAA downgrades Thailand to Category 2
