AEI wins four B737-400SF conversions from VALLAIR
Aeronautical Engineers, Inc. (AEI) has signed a contract with European-based aviation asset management company, Vallair, to provide it with four 11 pallet position B737-400SF freighter conversions. Malaysia to upgrade Sarawak’s MIri Airport to full international status
The Malaysian Transport Ministry is to upgrade the Miri Airport (MYY) in Sarawak, Malaysia, to handle the increasing numbers of international passengers. The MYR285 million (US$72 million) upgrade will see the construction of separate departure and arrival halls (which the airport does not currently have) and the provision of further covered walkways and apron extension. Frankfurt is aiming to become the largest certified pharmaceutical gateway in Europe with a number of companies concurrently pursing the IATA CEIV Pharma certification with the support of the Air Cargo Community Frankfurt.
