Boeing delivers four 737s to Dragon Aviation leasing

Boeing and Dragon Aviation Leasing celebrated the deliveries of four 737-800s last month. These deliveries represent the first four of 10 additional Next-Generation 737-800s Dragon Aviation Leasing currently has on order. Boeing delivered Etihad Airways’ first 787-9 Dreamliner sporting the airline’s new “Facets of Abu Dhabi” livery which was revealed at a ceremony earlier this year. The colours are reminiscent of the desert landscape, inspired by the culture, Islamic design and architecture motifs of the United Arab Emirates. Air France-KLM defers B777 deliveries

Air France-KLM will defer the deliveries for 10 Boeing 777-300ERs scheduled for delivery in 2015-2016 because of poor financial results and low fuel prices. Europe’s biggest airline 2014’s earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation is reported to be US$246 million lower than expected. Kuwait Airways finalise order for 10 B777-300ERs

Boeing and Kuwait Airways have finalised an order for 10 777-300ERs, valued at US$3.3 billion at list prices. The airline originally announced its intent to order the 777-300ER in November.   "Kuwait Airways has plans to renew its fleet as well as expand its operations and the 777-300ER is a perfect aircraft for our strategy," said Rasha Al Roumi, Kuwait Airways CEO. Boeing, MAS celebrate 100th B737 delivery

Boeing and Malaysia Airlines celebrated the carrier's 100th 737 direct delivery.
