Emirates SkyCargo has achieved yet another milestone by transporting the first shipment of Covid-19 vaccines to the UAE for the first time on behalf of the Dubai Health Authority (DHA). Emirates SkyCargo has started using its Airbus A380 aircraft on select cargo-only charter operations, with the first of so-called ‘mini-freighter’ flights successfully transporting medical supplies between Seoul and Amsterdam via Dubai. Emirates SkyCargo will reopen its cargo terminal in Dubai South (DWC) to serve as a dedicated airside hub for cold chain storage and distribution of a much anticipated Covid-19 vaccine. Emirates SkyCargo adds Guadalajara to freighter network
Emirates SkyCargo will commence scheduled twice weekly cargo flights to Guadalajara (GDL) from the first week of October, a press release confirmed.
