HKIA air traffic continues to grow in July
In July, Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) handled 5.2 million passengers and 33,670 flight movements, representing 9.7% and 8.3% year-on-year growth, respectively. Airport Authority Hong Kong (AAHK) released the air traffic statistics of Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) for May 2025. HKIA handled 4.86 million passengers and 32,480 flight movements in May, representing year-on-year growths of 19.7% and 8.8% respectively. Airport Authority Hong Kong (AAHK) released the air traffic figures for Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) for January 2025. During the month, flight movements increased by 17.0% to 33,660, a post-pandemic high.
