J&T Global Express Limited a global logistics service provider, announced its 2024 interim results for the first half of 2024. In the first half of the year, J&T’s revenue reached US$4.86 billion, representing a year-over-year increase of 20.6%. Passenger traffic reaches post-pandemic high at HKIA in July
Airport Authority Hong Kong (AAHK) released Hong Kong International Airport’s (HKIA) air traffic statistics for July 2024. During the month, HKIA handled around 4.8 million passengers, representing a 24.7% year-on-year growth, while cargo throughput was up 14.6% to 414,000 tonnes in July. Austrian Airlines will be the first airline globally to equip their Boeing 777-200ER aircraft with innovative “AeroSHARK” surface technology. On a total of four Boeing 777-200ERs the fuselage and engine nacelles will be covered with the “sharkskin” film developed by Lufthansa Technik and the company BASF.
