Fraport AG and WFS have completed the transaction for a strategic partnership in the area of airfreight handling at Frankfurt Airport. Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) is to acquire a 51 per cent shareholding in Fraport Cargo Services (FCS) as part of a strategic partnership with Fraport AG. WFS secures SIA cargo contract in UK
Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) has won a three-year contract to provide full cargo handling services for Singapore Airlines Cargo at London Heathrow and at all of its UK regional locations.
