SriLankan Air takes delivery of A330-300
SriLankan Airlines has taken delivery of its first A330-300. The aircraft arrived at Colombo International Airport, having flown from Toulouse, France, and joins the airlines’ existing fleet of A320, A321, A330-200 and A340-300 aircraft. Cathay adds Phnom Penh freighter service
Cathay Pacific Airways has launched a new freighter service to Phnom Penh, Cambodia, commencing 23 November 2014. The scheduled service will operate twice a week on a Hong Kong-Singapore-Penang-Phnom Penh-Hong Kong routing, offering customers more choices and flexibility when moving goods between Cambodia and other parts of the world. Air China reports mixed Q3 results
Air China has announced its financial results for the third quarter of 2014. It reported that operating revenue rose 6.68 per cent YoY to RMB29.79 billion (US$4.87 billion). The company also recorded operating profit of RMB3.71 billion, a decline of 7.58 per cent YoY. Accordingly the company’s margin stood at 12.47 per cent.
