Qatar Airways Cargo has continued its relief efforts to Nepal operating a total of 12 freighter services to deliver urgent aid to Kathmandu following the devastating earthquakes that recently hit the country. Dutch gov’t blocks Gulf carriers from expanding
Air carriers from the Gulf states will not be given new landing rights at Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport. The Dutch government is citing “unfair competition with Air France-KLM” as the reason for its actions. Saudia Cargo deploys first 777F to Mumbai
The 7th of May 2014 marks an important date in the Saudia Cargo's freighter operation in Mumbai when its first 777 freighter SV 3969 departed for Jeddah carrying a full complement of cargo to points in Middle East, Africa and Europe.
