Toll to acquire full ownership of Chinese operation
Australian group Toll, one of the Asia region’s leading providers of integrated logistics, has announced it has reached an agreement with China Merchants Group to acquire all the remaining 49 per cent of shares in Shenzhen-based ST-Anda Logistics. DHL invests US$13 million in Hong Kong
DHL has announced an investment of over HK$100 million (US$13 million) in Hong Kong involving a new 120,000 sq ft DHL Global Forwarding (DGF) office in Kowloon Commerce Centre (KCC) and a DHL Fashion Competency Centre, also based in KCC. Two new contracts for CEVA
CEVA Logistics recently announced two new contracts – one for a US telecommunications equipment provider and the other for a health food company in Turkey. In the first of these deals, CEVA will provide 100 per cent of the worldwide forwarding services for Powerwave Technologies Inc, a US-based, global, end-to-end wireless coverage and capacity solutions provider.
