Singapore ’s Changi Airpor t Consultants has been awarded the contract to masterplan the expansion of King Hussein International Airport in Aqaba, Jordan. Spain’s Civil Aviation Accident Investigation Commission said in a preliminary report into the 20 August Spanair MD-82 crash released recently that the inquiry is focused on the aircraft’s flaps. A senior management team from Reunion-based Air Austral (UU) has been in Australia working with its general sales agent World Aviation Cargo ahead of its planned start-up in April next year.
