Icelandair’s Q1 cargo revenue rises 8% y-o-y
The Icelandair Group has reported revenue of US$211.8 million for the first quarter of 2016 – an increase of 14 per cent year-on-year. Cargo and mail rose 8.0 per cent for the period to US$11.02 million for a 5.0 per cent contribution to group revenue. Garuda to go door-to-door to boost cargo contribution to 20%
Garuda Indonesia is expecting the contribution from air cargo revenue to rise to more than 20 per cent from the current levels where it contributes less than 10 per cent of the revenue, according to president director of Garuda Indonesia, Arif Wibowo.
