Centre Point Logistics (CPL), a Dubai-based provider of logistics, warehousing, and storage, has expanded its operations in the GCC after a deal was signed with SOHAR Port and Freezone in the Sultanate of Oman. TransAsia Airways flight GE235 crashed in Taipei a few minutes after it took off at 10:53 am local time Wednesday. A pilot of the TransAsia Airways Flight 235 said "mayday, mayday, engine flameout" moments before the propjet banked sharply and crashed into a river, Taiwan's Civil Aeronautics Administration said Thursday as the death toll grew to 31 with 12 people still missing.There are 15 survivors.
