Etihad, Italy’s Parma Airport sign agreement to develop cargo services
Etihad Airways and Parma’a Giuseppe Verdi Airport have signed an agreement to develop cargo traffic at the airport of the central Italian city. The exclusive agreement initially includes the establishment of a cargo transit centre at Parma Airport to receive cargo for forwarding to Milan Malpensa Airport for onward transport. Etihad Cargo rolls out new B777F on Milan-Bogotá route
Etihad Cargo’s new B777 freighter has commenced operations on the Milan Malpensa-Bogotá route following the addition of the new aircraft to the fleet at the end of February 2016 which takes Etihad Cargo’s dedicated freighter fleet to a total of 11 aircraft. Etihad Cargo has increased its freighter services to Africa with the launch of a cargo only service from Abu Dhabi (AUH) to Maya Maya Airport, Brazzaville (BZV), in the Republic of Congo.
