Singapore Airlines will terminate its South American passenger operations from 20 October this year meaning it will no longer offer cargo belly capacity into the Brazilian market. The carrier says its three times weekly Singapore Changi-São Paulo Guarulhos via Barcelona El Prat service has suffered from poor passenger loads in recent months thereby warranting its closure. Korean Air delivers relief goods to earthquake-stricken Japan
Korean Air has provided and transported relief goods to those affected by the earthquake in Kumamoto, Japan. The emergency supplies, including 36,000 liters of mineral water, were loaded onto Korean Air’s flight KE787, which departed on 20 April from South Korea’s Incheon Airport bound for Fukuoka on Japan’s Kyushu Island.
