Long-awaited BA/Iberia merger signed

British Airways has confirmed Thursday that its proposed merger with Spanish carrier Iberia will go ahead after concluding a £4.2 billion (US$7 billion) deal. GWC, Agility Qatar plan to merge

Agility Qatar has announced that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding to enter into merger discussions with the Gulf Warehousing Company (GWC), a company listed on the Doha Securities Market.
